Spring is my absolute favorite season. Hands down. Spring always fills me with hope and joy after the coldness of winter feels like it has seeped into my bones. What better gift is there than flowers poking through the dirt, warm air floating through with the smell of fresh grass and soil and dew? I planted my first ever bulb plants last fall and I have so much pride and joy from the little crocuses that sprung up! We have a lot of deer in the area and I’ve not been a very successful gardener, so I felt a bit like a hopeless romantic trying to plant this. BUT THEY GREW. It’s amazing.
I took this sweet spring milestone session for my baby. It was still very much winter outside, but I couldn’t take it anymore! I needed the flowers. So, a flower crowns and whimsically draped stems later I was feeling much revived. I love doing these baby milestone sessions simply. Just a few natural props, soft clothing, and your baby’s emotions and expressions. I don’t think you really need anything else.
