I think Ireland is my favorite place, ever. It’s an incredibly beautiful country, the people are warm and welcoming, and the food is amazing. What else, really, is there? While we were in Oxford, we ended up taking a long weekend just to go back to this magical place. We’d been there before, but not spent much time in the Galway area, so we decided to make that our headquarters for the weekend.

I will never forget Rory running around with her wobbly, toddler gait, along the path in Kylemore Abbey or in the grounds of Clonmacnoise. We loved this place so much and seeing our sweet girl get to experience it with us was incredibly special. Luckily, we didn’t experience any of the travel woes we’d seen in Iceland with her going off her normal schedule and we all were able to enjoy it. It was rainy, but man, still so beautiful.
